We have 15+ years of experience leading and managing the design of highly impactful projects throughout the Southeast, Southwest and now the Midwest market.
Throughout our varied projects we have gained a wide variety of experience on many project types including Mixed-Use, Multifamily Residential, Hospitality/Food & Beverage, Corporate Workplace, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, and Government /Institutional work.
As project lead, we work with the owner to establish goals and objectives. We develop program square footages, adjacencies, and translates the owner’s vision into a conceptual building design.
Tangentially, we follow the project through all phases to ensure the project design intent is fulfilled. We work with our team and the client to create a unique, thoughtful space. We are committed to creating environments that engage users, foster collaboration, and achieve the goals of the organization.
We understands the importance of listening and working closely with our clients to design spaces that reflect the program and culture for each individual client.
We coordinate all engineering disciplines for consistency with the design and completeness, as well as coordinating the bidding and negotiation process including all close-out documentation.
We will monitor the project throughout construction to ensure quality and consistency.
